Dixie D’Amelio was born in Norwalk, Connecticut and is the elder of the D’Amelio sisters. Both Charli D’Amelio and herself grew internet popularity on TikTok with their dancing videos. Dixie has had amazing success as a content creator and currently has over 57 million followers on TikTok. After growing her fanbase online, Dixie went on to explore music production on a deeper level. Music and singing were always a part of her life and she wanted to dive deeper into becoming a full time artist. Dixie dropped her first single called “Be Happy” which accumulated 86.1 million streams on Spotify in 2020. Dixie put out a song with Wiz Khalifa called “One Whole Day” which got lots of plays from listeners around the world. On June 10th 2022, Dixie released A Letter to Me and opened for Big Time Rush on the Forever Tour to promote her album.
