Lee Brice, born in Sumter, South Carolina, is an acclaimed American country singer and songwriter currently signed to Curb Records, whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with authentic country sensibilities. Raised in a musical household, Brice began singing in church and started playing piano at the age of seven, quickly expanding his skills to guitar and songwriting by ten. Influenced early on by the Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, and later by Garth Brooks, Brice developed a deep appreciation for traditional country while crafting his own modern style. Over the course of his career, he has released five major albums—Love Like Crazy, Hard to Love, I Don’t Dance, Lee Brice, and Hey World—with eighteen singles, eight of which reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. His breakthrough hit, “Love Like Crazy” (2010), set a record for the longest run on the country chart in 62 years, solidifying his place in the genre. Brice has collaborated with some of country music’s biggest names, including Garth Brooks, Adam Gregory, Eli Young Band, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Jerrod Niemann, and Tim McGraw, demonstrating his versatility and respect within the industry. His work has earned him seven CMA Award nominations and widespread recognition as a leading voice in contemporary country.
