About Sabrina Carpenter

Born on May 11, 1999, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Sabrina Carpenter has emerged as a remarkable singer-songwriter and actress. Her path to fame is a testament to her exceptional talent, hard work, and passion for creating meaningful art. From a young age, Sabrina Carpenter displayed an innate affinity for the arts. As a child, she effortlessly gravitated towards music, demonstrating an exceptional aptitude for singing. Her father built her a recording studio to encourage her singing. At age 10 Sabrina earned her first acting role on NBC’s Law and Order: SVU; however, Sabrina gained initial recognition for her role as Maya Hart on the Disney Channel series "Girl Meets World." In 2015, Sabrina released her debut studio album, Eyes Wide Open, showcasing her pop and acoustic sensibilities. The album featured hits like "Can't Blame a Girl for Trying" and "We'll Be the Stars," resonating with listeners and establishing her as a relatable artist. Her sophomore album, Evolution (2016), highlighted Sabrina's artistic growth. The single "On Purpose" revealed her maturing songwriting abilities, receiving praise from critics and expanding her audience. In 2018, Sabrina took a more introspective turn with Singular: Act 1, sharing personal experiences through her music. The lead single, "Almost Love," demonstrated her adaptability and willingness to explore new sounds. Continuing her introspection, Singular: Act II (2019), delved into themes of self-discovery and relationships. Her next full album release would arrive in 2022 with emails i can’t send which has now become her highest charting album to date. The LP includes big hit track “Nonsense” as well as “because i liked a boy, and “Vicious”. Carpenter followed up with emails i can’t send fwd: with 3 additional songs including new single “Feather”. Sabrina is staying busy musically as she has been invited by Taylor Swift to open for various shows on her mega-successful The Eras Tour. Outside of her artistry, Sabrina Carpenter is a dedicated philanthropist. She actively supports causes related to education, mental health, and social justice, using her platform for positive change.
