About Diego Freestyle

Diego Oliveira de Castro, popularly known as Diego Freestyle, is a pioneering star athlete of Brazilian Freestyle Football. Diego also plays on the Brazilian Reis do Dribble team. Before entering Freestyle Football, Diego played Field Football on Corinthians’ youth teams. Diego is a two-time champion of the Kings of Dribbling challenge representing Brazil. He has also competed in the Red Bull Street Style World Championship in Salvador, Brazil; as well as serving as a judge for a Freestyle Tournament held on Ana Maria Braga’s Mais Você program on Rede Globo. Diego is recognized as a leading Brazilian athlete in the sport by other top talent footballers such as Ronaldinho, Falcao and Neymar Jr. Diego made his first international trip in 2008 to Ireland and England and has since traveled the globe. Some of the other nations he has visited for performing his freestyle skills include the USA, South Africa, Spain, Germany, Russia, Portugal, Holland, France, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Bali, China, India and Qatar. The Freestyle athlete was also invited to coach in the Shandong Luneng youth league in China. Diego Freestyle now serves as ambassador for the São Paulo Government program, Balada Campeã.
