About Kelee Ringo

Kelee Ringo is a rookie cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles who has been a closely watched athlete since his time at Saguaro High School. Growing up in Tacoma, Washington, Kelee set himself apart as having star athlete level talent from a young age. Rated the number one cornerback prospect in the nation, he got offers from over 25 schools before deciding to commit his talent to the Georgia Bulldogs. He spent his freshman year wearing a redshirt due to a labrum injury but recovered to become a cornerstone of the team’s defense for the rest of his time at the university. Some of his honors and accolades includes, being chosen for the first-team preseason All-America by AP, named to the preseason watch list for the Paycom Jim Thorpe Award (nation's top DB) and Bronko Nagurski Trophy (nation's top defender), as well as picked for the Coaches’ Freshman All-SEC Team. He also caught the national spotlight when he returned a 79 yard pick six against Alabama to clinch the National Championship game win for Georgia, experiencing a storybook ending to his college career. The next year, Kelee was drafted by the Eagles as the 105th overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft. He entered the draft as a highly sought after prospect for his position due to his size at 6’ 2”, 207 lbs, fast track speed of 4.36 second 40-yard dash and also, perhaps most importantly, his highly competitive nature that makes him dauntless to any challenge on the field. Kelee has also been recognized as a role model athlete for his leadership on and off the field. Eager to use his platform as an Eagles player to promote positive change, Kelee initiated a partnership with Hologic to help battle breast cancer through the Tralee & Keele Ringo Family Fund, named after his mother who is a breast cancer survivor. This combination of character, humility, generosity and athletic talent is a golden mix that makes him who he is. Kelee Ringo will continue to be an athlete to pay close attention to as he matures into his NFL career and continues to make a positive impact in his communities.
